This iconic Birmingham landmark recently underwent an extensive renovation. IDC Construction renovated all the public areas including the lobby, meeting space and sense of arrival. Merk’s, one of two on-site restaurants, received a complete makeover featuring an impressive convertible breakfast-to-bar station allowing this restaurant to serve as seamless multi-function space. Also, the 329 guest rooms were dramatically updated in an effort to again meet and exceed guest expectations.
