Fairfield Inn Scarborough

The Fairfield Inn located in Scarborough, ME was renovated by IDC Construction.  Updates were applied to the property’s 116 Guestrooms & Guest Bathrooms, along with the Public Space and Exterior.  During construction, there was also a new roof installed as well as making the entrance more inviting for guests upon arrival.  All this work was completed during a 5 month construction window while the hotel remained operational.

The update of this hotel included 33 shower conversions and  constructing a new fitness center out of two guestroom bays.  The Public Space received major upgrades that included FF&E, millwork, paint, wall vinyl.  The Front Desk was refinished to reflect a modern and welcoming look for guests as well as the complimentary breakfast area  receiving a dramatic transformation.
