IDC Construction, LLC, is proud to have been a part of this re-positioning through a “to-the-studs” renovation and re-branding of the 275-room Atlanta Perimeter Hotel.  The property underwent extensive fascia modernizations along with a total interior modification, to emerge at the other side as the Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter.  These changes also added substantial space to the guest rooms.  The commercial areas were transformed by completing extensive design changes to the existing areas.  From the new iconic exterior, to this global brands influenced lobby, IDC was able to capture all brand visualized designs.
