Marriott, Greensboro, NC

The High Point Marriott Airport in Greensboro received a large scale transformation by IDC Construction.  This dramatic update reflects improvements made in all 298 guestrooms and guest corridors as well as revitalizing the guest entry and the Porte Cochere.  This Marriott refresh remained fully operational during construction, like most of the projects IDC performs.

The guestrooms received a new FF&E package, along with new finishes and mechanical and electrical upgrades to truly modernize the rooms  The guest bathrooms received new fixtures and a new barn door at the entry.  Also during construction, the concierge lounge was completely reimagined—inviting guests to relax and enjoy some of the finer amenities.

The fitness center was also expanded to a larger space and updates with the latest Marriott specified finishes.

The exterior and Porte Cochere were also updated, having been transformed to really stand out and impress upon guests at arrival.  While walking in through the entrance, guests are greeted with the warm and welcoming feeling of a modern resort.   Updates to the front desk complete the transformation, bringing a refreshed aesthetic to this busy airport property.
