Noelle, Nashville, TN

Nashville’s newest boutique hotel, Noelle, was a historic renovation located in the heart of downtown Nashville, TN. The project rehabilitated the existing building, including exhaustive interior and structural demolition, as well as a new 10-story addition over existing floors. This addition expanded the overall footprint of the building, adding 224 guest rooms, new event spaces, and a rooftop bar. Simple yet luxurious finishes and furnishings pay homage to many of the historic details of the building, reflecting it’s original essence as the 1929 Noel Building.

Noelle’s guest rooms reflect a timeless elegance, with an extensive millwork package, simple marble bathrooms, and understated yet luxurious room finishes.

Renovations at Noelle included preservation of historic terrazzo floors, rejuvenation of original brass handrails and hardware, and restoration of existing limestone, granite, and travertine on the interior and exterior of the property.
