IDC Construction recently completed PIP renovations of the Residence Inn in O’Fallon, MO, including refreshing the Public Areas, Pool, Service Areas, Guestroom Suites, and Guest Bathrooms. The quick and simple refresh was completed on a three-month project schedule while the property was fully operational, and was delivered on time and in budget. The quick and relatively simple renovations transformed this property beyond expectations.

Renovations at this Residence Inn included all new carpet, wall finishes, furnishings and lighting in all 108 Guestrooms, including updates to 8 ADA rooms. In the Lobby and Entrance areas, new finishes and lighting greet guests with a bright space. The updated Hearth Room, Library and Market include finishes, furnishings and amenities to help guests feel at right at home.
