IDC Construction was excited to be a part of this repositioning renovation and rebranding to a Sheraton from the former Sofitel Hotel located in Bloomington, MN. The property underwent a well received Porte Cochere modernization and full exterior paint facelift along with a total interior transformation to create the current prototype Sheraton. The new exterior look achieves a greater sense of immediate arrival and plays a positive impact on the perception from the highway as well . All 282 guest rooms along with the public areas were dramatically improved in this brand conversion successfully meeting budget and schedule goals.
