IDC Construction refreshed this Hyatt Regency in Savannah, GA. The primary focus of this project was to maximize impact to guests. IDC updated the public spaces by installing new carpet, vinyl wall covering, and new light fixtures, as well as touching up trim and repairing millwork. Guest Suites were enhanced with updated FF&E and new wetbars. IDC enhances the value and attractiveness of any hospitality property – even with a limited scope.
